Requirements:
Please - only legitimate licensed businesses that are:
Directly related to the sale of crystals and minerals (Rock Shop), Gift Shop, Bookstore, Jewelry Store, Metaphysical Store.
State, Federal Tax ID number, or business license number required.
All orders will be prepaid, no terms and No Minimum Order.
Please, you must have a Retail Store (Brick & Mortar) to apply.
Social security numbers are not acceptable proof of business ownership.
Must carry 3 or more Moldavite Man Products (other than stones). We will not open a account for purchase of Moldavite Stones alone, thank you.
